Huons Biopharma and VERNI Aesthetics Sign 'Aesthetic Enhancement' Agreement

Huons Biopharma has made a strategic investment to expand its aesthetic lineup.

Huons Biopharma Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Yeong-mok) announced on the 29th that it has signed a strategic investment agreement with VERNI Aesthetics at its Pangyo office on the 27th.

With this agreement, the two companies will establish a strategic partnership to increase their competitiveness in the aesthetics market. Through the investment, Huons Biopharma will acquire the commercialization and manufacturing rights to MRC101. The company aims to diversify its product lineup by acquiring new aesthetic products in addition to its current flagship product, botulinum toxin. The two companies will also collaborate on the future development of MRC101's follow-on pipeline.
